Mother's Helper

This very young family of 5 (three little ones) with a nanny or two, and a Full-time Housekeeper, is currently looking for a professional Personal Assistant to assist them in keeping up with their new 14,000 sq ft. new home and busy life and lifestyle. Mrs needs someone Monday -Friday, generally, 8 am to 4 pm to assist her in ordering supplies and taking inventory of most everything in the house. She would like this person to help on a Saturday for some of the children's parties and be available to help plan and oversee three or four large events they throw on their property each year. Mr. would like someone to keep up with their incoming and outgoing mail, invitations and RSVPs,  their Google calendars, school dates, meetings, and birthday parties. Maintaining their calendar for medical and veterinary appointments is essential. Precise travel arrangements and logistics are necessary, working closely with the travel agent and flight crews to arrange flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations when necessary. This very active young family with four children under the age of eight is looking for a part-time housekeeper to help their full-time housekeeper to maintain their 3,500-square-foot lovely home, but also to help out with the children during the afternoons after school and early evenings. Three to four days a week starting midday and helping with a simple dinner. Five years executive housekeeping experience is necessary, including fine laundry skills.
