We are currently interviewing an experienced Handyman/Caretaker for a large Estate property on Jupiter Island. This is a full-time, year-round, outdoor position, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm with flexibility in the schedule, based on the principles schedule and guests. The Estate Manager is very organized, so there is a complete schedule of duties to ensure that the entire Estate is pristine by providing hands-on maintenance/repairs to each and every corner of the property. The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of HVAC, irrigation systems, pool equipment, generators, plumbing, and light electrical. Crestron and Lutron systems are helpful. There are 5 vehicles to fuel daily when the family is in residence, golf carts to clean and charge, trash from the house daily as well as recycling. The guest house, the pool cabana, and all patios and patio furniture need to be cleaned daily and stored properly when not in use. There is window washing done in some areas daily, and cleaning of garages and driveway. This mature couple is looking for a mature Houseman/Butler for their home in North Palm Beach from November 1st to May 1st. They generally are looking for someone Monday-Friday, occasionally some weekends, and this could be a live-in or live-out arrangement here in Florida. They would like someone who is open to traveling with them to Quebec, Canada for the summer months. There are very suitable living quarters in the home and you would be free to stay there 7 days a week or leave for the weekend.  They need someone who can put together a proper breakfast by 8:15 am, and work alongside the Housekeeper/Laundress. Additional duties would include following up with the gardeners, the pool people, and all sub-contractors. They are not looking for a Chef, but someone who is comfortable in the kitchen for a simple lunch would be helpful. This person would also take care of four vehicles and drive Mr. and or Mrs. to any appointments they may have. Mrs. would like someone to run errands and do the shopping. This large home needs a second Butler/Houseman to help the Butler to take care of all the details associated with keeping a busy family on the go, going. This position would require weekends and would include travel up north with them privately to help with luggage and driving to and from the airports. This person would have experience in formal food and beverage service and would be willing to learn. Errands and personal shopping with a vehicle provided for work purposes. Generally, this position is based in Florida. This is not a 9-5 position, but rather an eleven to seven or noon to nine pm day, depending on their schedule. Silver dinner service daily. This is a fifty-hour work week. This position is a live-out position in Florida, and there are very suitable live-in accommodations for a few weeks at a time that you may be staying with the family up north, throughout the summer months. This active husband and wife is currently looking for a Live-in Houseman/Cook to assist their full time housekeeper with household duties, meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking healthy meals for them. This is a six day a week position, which includes taking care of the two dogs. Chauffeuring, personal shopping and errands required occasionally. The family spends winters here in Palm Beach, but their home is New York and they spend summers in the Hamptons with their family. Salary based on experience.

This very busy corporate executive is looking for a live out, full time Driver/Houseman to drive him to and from the private airport to his home or office, and be able to pick up other corporate executives flying in and get them set up in their hotels or houses. Preparation of the accommodations for corporate executives coming in for meetings, as well as overseeing maintenance and subcontractors at the principle's home.
